Michael D. Undem was raised in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Upon graduation from high school in 1998, he attended the University of North Dakota and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, 2002. He then attended law school at the the University of North Dakota, and graduated with Distinction in 2005. During law school , Michael worked for Undem Law Office in Grand Rapids, MN, and Fisher & Olson, Ltd., of Grand Forks, North Dakota. Michael was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2005, and shortly thereafter joined Kimball and Undem, LLP. Michael has aggressively and successfully represented clients in the numerous areas of law including criminal defense, DUI defense, family law (including divorce and custody litigation), personal injury, property disputes, and civil litigation. Michael is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Cass County Bar Association. During his time off he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
